Hello and welcome.

As an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist (MNCPS Acc.), I have expertise in helping people who are experiencing difficulty with anxiety, low mood and stress, as well as issues with self-criticism, low confidence and self-esteem.

I also help people overcome problems with perfectionism, ‘imposter syndrome’, decision making, assertiveness, procrastination and presentation giving.

I work with adults only (over 18), and currently practice online (Zoom or Teams).

Because of my personal, clinical and research experience, I often work with people who are balancing busy professional and personal lives. Prior to retraining in psychology and mental health, I spent ten years working in the corporate world, including four years in London and New York with the global financial services giant BlackRock.

For my PhD thesis, I designed and delivered a novel psychological skills based coaching programme for corporate executives which was linked with statistically significant improvements in mental wellbeing, stress and resilience. The programme integrated mindfulness and rational-emotive cognitive behavioural coaching.

My style is warm, collaborative and friendly, recognising that seeking support and guidance for mental health and wellbeing can feel a bit overwhelming, particularly at first. I always make sure that a client’s goals are at the centre of the process, and work at a pace that suits my clients’ unique needs.
